INGREDIENTS

• 45ml Black Robin Rare Gin
• 30ml Fresh Lime Juice
• 30ml Apple Juice
• Cucumber
• 8-10 Mint Leaves
• Cracked pepper (2 turns)

METHOD

Muddle mint and cucumber, add all other ingredients, shake and double strain into cold martini glass, garnish with cucumber fan and basil & mint leaf.
