Earl Grey G&T

INGREDIENTS

• Bottle of Black Robin Rare Gin
• 120gm Quality Earl Grey loose tea leaves
• Decent tonic water
• Fresh lemon juice
• Lemon wheel to garnish

METHOD

Infuse the bottle of gin with 120 grams of loose leaf Earl Grey for 35 mins. Siphon off gin immediately.  Mix 75ml of tonic with gin, add squeeze of lemon juice.
