INGREDIENTS

• Black Robin Rare Gin infused with charcoal
• Fresh lemon juice
• Lychee juice
• Soda water

METHOD

Mix 45ml of charcoal infused Black Robin Rare Gin with 15ml fresh lemon juice and 15ml lychee juice. Serve in a champagne glass, top with soda water and garnish with an edible flower.
